It has not been restored yet.The instructions on the middle plate tells you to: Insert One Cent. Wait for Coin to Drop. Pull Plunger. The two outer plates have a United Coupons emblem and advises you to: Save The Wrappers FREE GIFTS Your choice of 600 Valuable Prizes. These have pictures of a flashlight, a pair of roller skates, a wristwatch, and a bicycle. I think United coupons was sponsored by the American Dental Association.
